The Emerson Exchange conference in Brussels kicks off tomorrow. As I’ve been speaking to people, most have had to adjust their travel plans such as flying to other cities and catching trains here. The good news is that the sun has been shining and people are out and about in the streets and not hunkered down from the recent terrorist attacks in town.
